New contributions on the conservation of Cultural Heritage by the Functional Materials and Nanotechn

Daniela Reggio presented the poster ‘Advances in SERS: devising contemporary art investigation tools’ at the 5th YOCOCU Conference Youth in Conservation of Cultural Heritage held in Madrid, 21st - 23rd of September 2016.

She also delivered a talk about 'The mosaic panel from Orvieto in the Victoria & Albert Museum: pXRF and SEM-EDX as tools of assessment’, research previously conducted at UCL in the United Kingdom.

On the other side, Massimo Lazzari delivered the talk “Prediction of the durability of plastics in contemporary artworks” at the international conference “Plastics Heritage” held in Berlin, 27th-29th October, at the University of Applied Science for Technics and Economy.
